A part-time student will be recruited to work at our University’s Student Affairs Department, in line with the qualifications and job description outlined below.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in both English and Turkish,
- Preferably has knowledge of Arabic,
- Skilled in MS Office programs and data processing applications,
- Currently at least a 2nd-year student,
- Has a minimum GPA of 2.50,
- Has no disciplinary record,
- Pays attention to personal appearance and hygiene,
- Possesses strong communication skills and is a good team player,
- Able to comply with working hours,
- Attentive to data security and confidentiality,
- Preferably has part-time work experience in the Student Affairs Office or other departments of our university,
- Resides in Istanbul and can commute to the university via public transportation.
Job Description
- Answer phone calls directed to the Student Affairs Office and welcome visitors to the office,
- Perform tasks assigned in the archive,
- Use MS Office programs and data processing applications to carry out required edits and checks,
- Carry out other tasks as assigned when necessary.
