Part-Time Student Recruitment for the Directorate of Student Affairs

A part-time student will be recruited to work at our University’s Student Affairs Department, in line with the qualifications and job description outlined below.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in both English and Turkish,
  • Preferably has knowledge of Arabic,
  • Skilled in MS Office programs and data processing applications,
  • Currently at least a 2nd-year student,
  • Has a minimum GPA of 2.50,
  • Has no disciplinary record,
  • Pays attention to personal appearance and hygiene,
  • Possesses strong communication skills and is a good team player,
  • Able to comply with working hours,
  • Attentive to data security and confidentiality,
  • Preferably has part-time work experience in the Student Affairs Office or other departments of our university,
  • Resides in Istanbul and can commute to the university via public transportation.

Job Description

  • Answer phone calls directed to the Student Affairs Office and welcome visitors to the office,
  • Perform tasks assigned in the archive,
  • Use MS Office programs and data processing applications to carry out required edits and checks,
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned when necessary.
