As part of the 2025–2026 academic year, the Graduate Education Institute will be hiring part-time student assistants in line with the qualifications and job description outlined below.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in both Turkish and English,
- Preferably has knowledge of Arabic,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (minimum 2nd year, excluding prep school) or a thesis-based graduate program within the regular duration of study,
- Has a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50/4.00,
- Pays attention to appearance and personal care,
- Has no disciplinary record,
- Strong communication skills and a team player,
- Able to comply with working hours,
- Careful about ensuring data security,
- Resides in Istanbul or stays in the dormitories of Ibn Haldun University.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to the needs of students/academics visiting the office,
- Assist with formatting and checking documents during the thesis review process,
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
