A part-time student will be recruited to be assigned to our University’s Graduate School of Education, in line with the qualifications and job description stated below.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Has a good command of Turkish and English,
Preferably has knowledge of Arabic,
Proficient in MS Office programs,
Currently enrolled, excluding foreign language preparatory classes, in an undergraduate program (at least 2nd year) or a thesis-based master’s program, within the normal duration of education,
Has a minimum grade point average of 2.50/4.00,
Has no disciplinary penalty,
Pays attention to personal appearance and personal care,
Has strong communication skills and is inclined to teamwork,
Able to comply with working hours,
Careful regarding data security,
Residing in Istanbul or staying in the dormitories of İbn Haldun Üniversitesi.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer incoming phone calls to the Institute and receive the requests of students and academicians visiting the office,
Carry out file arrangements and checks during the thesis control stage,
Fulfill other duties assigned when necessary.
