TercihFest Student Recruitment – Corporate Communications and Promotion Directorate

Ibn Haldun University is recruiting part-time student team members to take part in the TercihFest 2026 Program and the Preference and Promotion Days, where the university engages most intensively with prospective students and represents its academic, social, and institutional identity in the most visible way.

General Qualifications

  • Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
  • Being an undergraduate student (preparatory year, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year),
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Ability to work in a solution-oriented manner,
  • Strong persuasion and effective communication skills, with proper diction,
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours (including weekends and after-hours),
  • Being a team player,
  • Having a minimum GPA of 2.50 and no disciplinary record.

TercihFest 2026 Program Job Description

Students selected for the TercihFest 2026 Program are expected to:

  • Maintain active communication with participating students before, during, and after the program,
  • Respond quickly and effectively to any issues that arise,
  • Be able to stay in student dormitories between July 28 and August 4,
  • Be available for communication with prospective students when necessary on a 24/7 basis,
  • Take responsibility for the students they mentor,
  • Be knowledgeable about undergraduate programs, clearly explain their own department, and answer questions from prospective students,
  • Fulfill all assigned duties during the program,
  • Take part in the preparation and distribution of university promotional materials.

Preference and Promotion Days Job Description

Students selected for the Preference and Promotion Days are expected to:

  • Provide detailed information about the university and campus to prospective students,
  • Be knowledgeable about undergraduate programs, clearly explain their own department, and answer questions,
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the university’s facilities and advantages,
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective students,
  • Make phone calls to prospective students,
  • Fulfill assigned duties during the program,
  • Take part in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Students participating in these programs will have the opportunity to:
  • Engage in one-on-one communication with prospective students,
  • Take active roles in large-scale organizations,
  • Develop representation and leadership skills,
  • Gain professional experience in university promotion processes.

Interested students are required to complete the application form by selecting the area they believe they are qualified for by Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 23:59.

Applications will be evaluated based on the required qualifications and program needs. Accepted candidates will be determined after preliminary evaluation, followed by departmental and General Secretariat interviews.

Note: Students currently working as interns in university departments will not be considered.
