Ibn Haldun University has determined its policy regarding Human Resources, which it sees as the most important stakeholder in achieving its strategic goals:

• In line with the values and strategic goals of our university, by recruiting qualified manpower, which it considers as a strategic resource, our university's academic and administrative staff is made up of individuals who adhere to ethical values, care about teamwork, analytical, questioning, producing solutions, communicating effectively, and having both a business and people-oriented perspective. to create.

• To increase the quality of human resources with position-based and need-oriented trainings that will contribute to corporate development, to support their development in line with their career goals, to gain new perspectives with rotation practice.
