Our University is seeking to recruit part-time students to work under the Promotion Directorate of the Directorate of Corporate Communications and Promotion, who meet the qualifications listed below.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Being an undergraduate student,
- Having a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.50(excluding preparatory class students and being at least a first-year student)
- Having no disciplinary record,
- Possessing strong communication skills; being articulate, outgoing, and having strong representation abilities,
- Being a team player, responsible, and solution-oriented,
- Being able to adapt to flexible working hours when required (weekends/after office hours),
- Being proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools (preferred).
PROMOTION AREA – JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting welcoming, guidance, and orientation processes for prospective students hosted on our campus,
- Representing the university at high school visits, promotional seminars, career days, and events,
- Providing organizational support during the planning and implementation of events,
- Contributing to information and guidance processes by communicating with prospective students via phone and email,
- Providing field support for in-city and out-of-city activities when necessary.
