Official Correspondence Rules and EBYS Training Organized

As part of our university's in-service training activities, an official correspondence and EBYS (Electronic Document Management System) training was provided for administrative staff on Thursday, September 25, by Cemile ÇANKAYA from Editorial Department. The training took place in Room Z.49 of the Rectorate building.
The training covered how to write official correspondence correctly and in accordance with standards. In addition, participants were provided with basic information on document management in a digital environment, and practical tips on correspondence rules and effective use of the system, as well as strategies for speeding up work processes, were shared.
At the end of the training, participants gained the necessary knowledge and skills to facilitate the use of EBYS and improve efficiency in increasingly digitalized work processes.
