A “Media Literacy” training session was organized for our university staff with the aim of supporting the analytical skills required in the information age and developing critical awareness regarding the flow of information in digital media.
The training, led by our university’s Press Advisor and journalist Umut Erol, took place on Wednesday, June 10, in the Şaban Teoman Duralı Conference Hall. The program covered, in detail, strategies for accessing accurate information in the digital world, correctly interpreting media language, and methods for combating disinformation—one of today’s greatest digital threats.
We would like to thank all our staff members who participated in this valuable training session, which was organized to enhance our employees’ digital awareness.
