The March session of the “Certified First Aid Training” series, aimed at enhancing the emergency preparedness of our university community and equipping them with the skills to perform life-saving interventions, has been successfully completed.
Conducted in collaboration with the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate and held periodically since December 2025, the March session of the training took place on March 25–26. During the training, participants gained hands-on experience with critical intervention techniques such as basic life support, bleeding management, wound care, and the use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
Participants who passed the exams administered at the conclusion of the program—where theoretical knowledge was reinforced through interactive, real-life scenario-based practical exercises—earned the right to receive the Ministry of Health-approved “First Aider” certificate and ID card.
