Executive Training Series - Strategic Thinking Approach
The "Strategic Thinking Approach" training was conducted as part of the Executive Training Series.
The fourth session of the "Executive Training Series" organized for the administrative managers of our university, the "Strategic Thinking Approach" training, was held on Wednesday, April 30th, by trainer and executive coach İlhan GÜLERTAN at the Şaban Teoman Duralı Conference Hall.
The training aimed to enhance the participants' skills in strategic planning, decision-making processes, and achieving long-term goals. Participants conducted various case studies and practical exercises to improve methods for determining their institution’s strategic vision, as well as improving effective management and resource utilization.
