The second session of the Executive Training Series, aimed at the administrative staff of our university, titled "Conflict Management," was held on Wednesday, February 26, by Şebnem Tezcan at the Şaban Teoman Duralı Conference Hall.
During the training, topics such as the structure and sources of conflict, as well as how conflicts can be effectively managed, were discussed. Participants gained different perspectives through practical case examples.
