Intern students will be recruited to be assigned to our University's Human Resources Department, in line with the qualifications and job description below.

General Qualifications
•At least a 2nd year undergraduate student,
•Have a GPA of at least 2.50,
•Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
•Teamworker,
•Strong verbal and written communication skills,
•Without disciplinary punishment,
•Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 during the summer period.
Job Description
•To follow up and deliver documents between units,
•Assisting in physical and digital archiving and filing processes,
•Planning interviews, welcoming and directing incoming candidates,
•Supporting educational planning,
•Receiving information requests when necessary, providing the information and responding back,
•To fulfill similar duties assigned to him/her.
