TercihFest and Promotion Days Temporary Student Recruitment

As part of the activities organized by our Directorate of Corporate Communications and Promotion, student recruitment will be carried out for temporary positions within the scope of the TercihFest 2025 Program and the Preference and Promotion Days.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate student (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year)
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solution-oriented approach
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills, clear and articulate speech
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours (weekends, after office hours, etc.)
  • Team player
  • Minimum GPA of 2.50 and no disciplinary record

TERCİHFEST 2025 PROGRAM – JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain active communication with students before, during, and after the program
  • Quickly generate solutions to immediate problems
  • Be available to stay in student dormitories between July 24–28
  • Be accessible for communication with prospective students around the clock
  • Take responsibility for the students they mentor
  • Have knowledge of undergraduate programs, be able to explain their own department in detail and answer all questions
  • Fulfill assigned duties throughout the program
  • Manage the preparation and distribution processes of university promotional materials

PREFERENCE AND PROMOTION DAYS – JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide detailed information about our university and campus during the Preference and Promotion Days
  • Have knowledge of undergraduate programs, be able to explain their own department in detail and answer all questions
  • Answer questions regarding university facilities and opportunities
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective students
  • Make phone calls to prospective students
  • Fulfill assigned duties throughout the program
  • Manage the preparation and distribution processes of university promotional materials

Note: Students currently working as interns in university departments will not be considered for evaluation.
