An intern will be recruited to work at the Office of Documentation of our University in line with the qualifications and job description specified below.

General Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
  • Able to think analytically and work solution-oriented,
  • No disciplinary record,
  • Minimum GPA of 2.50,
  • Eager and open to learning,
  • Able to work effectively in a team,
  • Strong communication skills and successful in interpersonal relations,
  • Inquisitive and motivated to learn.

Job Description

  • Carrying out document filing and archiving processes,
  • Checking the created document inventory lists,
  • Assisting in the management of digital archiving processes,
  • Ensuring documents are properly filed and maintaining file organization,
  • Supporting document destruction processes,
  • Performing other tasks and procedures related to documentation services.

Applications will be accepted until June 18, 2025, via the application form. Candidates who meet the initial criteria will be selected through departmental and general secretariat interviews following a preliminary evaluation.
