Directorate of Project Support Office Intern Recruitment

Our University’s Directorate of Project Support Office will recruit 3 intern students for the period of July-August-September according to the qualifications and job descriptions below.

General Application Requirements

  • For undergraduate students: Must be in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year in the 2024-2025 academic year,
  • For graduate students: Preferably have completed the coursework period,
  • Minimum GPA of 2.50,
  • No disciplinary sanctions,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Good command of Turkish and English (reading, writing, speaking),
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to take responsibility,
  • Competence in planning, time management, and organization,
  • Familiarity with official correspondence rules,
  • Interest in national and international project calls.

Social Media Content Creator and Manager (2 Positions)

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in platforms such as Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and our university website,
  • Ability to create creative visual and written content,
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.,
  • Knowledge of content calendars and campaign planning,
  • Interest or experience in video and Reels production,
  • Ability to develop original content in line with the university’s corporate language.

Job Description

  • Prepare content plans for the office’s social media accounts,
  • Create and share visual, written, and video content on time,
  • Produce creative content to promote events and projects,
  • Share and update announcements, news, and event content on the website,
  • Monitor and report social media interactions,
  • Support the development of digital communication strategies.

Project Development and Management Assistant (1 Position)

Required Qualifications

  • Interest in project writing, funding sources, and calls,
  • Familiarity with academic writing and research processes,
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools,
  • Ability to use official correspondence language, attention to detail, solution-oriented approach,
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work independently when needed.

Job Description

  • Research and summarize national and international project calls,
  • Actively participate in the writing processes of project ideas,
  • Prepare documents such as application forms, budgets, and timelines,
  • Support project implementation and reporting processes,
  • Take part in seminars, training sessions, and workshops,
  • Manage project communication with academic units,
  • Perform data entry, document organization, and archiving tasks.
