Part-time undergraduate students will be employed to work within the Faculty Secretariat of Ibn Haldun University, in line with the qualifications and job description outlined below.
General Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program,
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.50,
Must not have any disciplinary record,
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
Must have strong communication skills.
Job Description:
Follow up and deliver documents between departments,
Assist with filing and documentation processes,
Direct students’ verbal requests to the relevant parties and deliver written requests to the appropriate secretary,
Answer phone calls when necessary,
Assist Department Secretaries,
Carry out other duties assigned by the Faculty Secretary.
