To ensure that our university staff are better prepared for potential emergencies and to equip them with the right intervention skills, we organized a full-day Certified First Aid Training on December 8-9 in collaboration with the Provincial Health Directorate. The training covered critical topics such as basic life support, fractures, burns, bleeding interventions, AED device use, and transport techniques in emergencies.
The theoretical part of the training provided information on the correct steps to take in emergencies and what to do before and after intervention; the practical application part tested participants' skills through real-life scenarios. At the end of the second day, participants were given a theoretical and practical exam. Participants who successfully completed the exam were awarded a First Aid certificate and ID card.
