School of Graduate Studies – Part-Time Student Recruitment

As part of the 2026–2027 Fall Semester, the School of Graduate Studies is seeking part-time students to support its operations.

General Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Turkish and English,
  • Knowledge of Arabic is preferred,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Currently enrolled as a second-year student or above,
  • A minimum GPA of 2.50/4.00,
  • Professional appearance and attention to personal grooming,
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
  • Ability to comply with working hours,
  • Careful and attentive regarding data security and confidentiality,
  • Residing in Istanbul or staying in İbn Haldun University dormitories.

Job Description

  • Answering incoming phone calls to the School and assisting students and faculty members visiting the office by addressing their requests,
  • Assisting with document organization and conducting necessary checks during the thesis review process,
  • Performing other duties assigned by the School of Graduate Studies as needed.

Interested students are required to complete the application form by Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., by selecting the area that best matches their qualifications and interests.

Applications will be evaluated based on the relevant qualifications and program needs. Candidates who successfully pass the preliminary evaluation will be invited to interviews with the relevant unit and the General Secretariat. Final selections will be made based on the outcomes of these interviews.
