İbn Haldun University’s Directorate of Student Affairs is recruiting part-time students to work during the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.
General Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Turkish,
- Preferably knowledge of Arabic,
- Good command of MS Office programs and data processing applications,
- Currently enrolled as at least a 2nd-year student,
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50/4.00,
- No prior disciplinary penalties,
- Attention to personal appearance and grooming,
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
- Ability to comply with working hours,
- Attentive to ensuring data security and confidentiality,
- Previous work experience at the Directorate of Student Affairs,
- Residing in Istanbul and able to commute to the University by public transportation.
Job Description
- Answering incoming calls to the Directorate of Student Affairs and welcoming visitors to the office,
- Carrying out assigned tasks related to archival work,
- Using MS Office programs and data processing applications to perform requested updates and checks,
- Performing other duties assigned as needed.
