Within the framework of employee health and well-being principles, a training session on 'Health, Movement, and Exercise in the Workplace' was organized on Tuesday, March 11th, at 13:30 in the Student Center Event Hall to raise awareness about the importance of movement and proper exercise habits in the work environment.
Trainer Mahmut Talha Sağlıklı shared the effects of movement on physical and mental health, correct posture in the workplace, and practical exercises that can be applied in daily work life with the participants.
Prior to the training, posture analysis was conducted for the university's students and staff using a special software tool, and a reaction test was applied to those interested.
