The third session of the Executive Training Series for the administrative managers of our university, ‘Effective Team Management’ training was held on Wednesday, 19 March at Şaban Teoman Duralı Conference Hall by trainer Eda AKKURT.
In the training, the basic principles for the creation and maintenance of an effective team structure were discussed. Discussions were held on managerial issues such as in-team communication processes, group dynamics, task distribution, planning and coordination, and awareness raising activities were carried out with practical activities.
The Executive Training Series aims to improve in-house management skills and contribute to the creation of a more productive working culture.
