The Training of Trainers program, organized to strengthen our internal training capacity, improve the quality of training provided, and ensure consistency in training methods for our administrative staff who deliver institutional training within our university and have the potential to provide training, was successfully completed with sessions held on August 18-20 and 27.
The training, delivered by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Özcan Erkan AKGÜN, covered fundamental concepts, instructional design and design stages, communication models, learning theories, motivation theories in learning, and assessment processes.
On Wednesday, August 27, during the final session, participants had the opportunity to practice what they had learned by presenting sample applications of the training they had designed based on their needs analysis. The training program concluded with the presentation of certificates to the participants.
