The second session of the Educator Training program organized for administrative staff at our university was held on Wednesday, August 20, in classroom HACE 2-28. In line with the assignments given to the groups in the first session, participants reinforced what they had learned by giving their own presentations.
In this session, learning theories, which play an important role in the instructional design process, in detail. Additionally, discussions on teaching and learning methods aimed to help participants develop more effective and innovative approaches in education. This session aimed to enhance educators' skills in delivering presentations both individually and in groups, as well as provide a deeper understanding of learning processes.
