The first session of the Educator Training Program, organized for administrative staff members within our university who provide institutional training and have the potential to do so, with the aim of strengthening our internal training capacity, improving the quality of training provided, and ensuring consistency in methods, was held on Monday, August 18, by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Özcan Erkan AKGÜN, Şaban Teoman Duralı Conference Hall.
In the first session, instructional design and its stages were thoroughly discussed. Key topics such as identifying the target audience, selecting appropriate teaching methods, and the processes of assessment and evaluation were addressed.
