GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from university undergraduate programs,
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Able to use MS Office programs and digital tools effectively,
- Having at least 3 years of experience in event management in clubs, associations and similar social organizations,
- Having intellectual knowledge in the field of Culture and Arts,
- Experienced in sponsorship and fundraising,
- Worked on directing and leading social groups,
- Broad based; Experienced in planning and managing sports, entertainment, culture, arts and festival organizations,
- Having analytical thinking ability, being able to make effective reporting,
- Strong planning and coordination skills,
- Strong verbal and written communication,
- Prone to teamwork,
- For male candidates who are not related to military service,
- Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To plan, manage, coordinate and report Department of Art, Culture and Sports programs and cultural activities,
- To lead and direct student groups so that student clubs work effectively and efficiently,
- To ensure that clubs carry out their activities in accordance with laws and regulations,
- It will increase the effectiveness of the clubs; providing training, consultancy and mentoring support,
- Within the scope of the clubs' activities; budget, purchasing, logistics, etc. To operate the necessary monitoring and control mechanisms to meet their needs within the framework of corporate rules,
- To ensure the development of sponsorship processes of clubs and the establishment of institutional and legal compliance,
- To support other studies carried out within the department,
- To carry out similar duties assigned by the manager.
