General Qualifications
- Graduated from the Mechanics, Machinery and Air Conditioning departments of Industrial Vocational High Schools or Technical Schools,
- Having knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, air handling units, plumbing, fire extinguishing system and installations of these systems, building maintenance and repair,
- Have basic computer knowledge,
- Successful in work tracking and time management,
- Have planning and coordination skills,
- Strong verbal and written communication,
- Prone to teamwork,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Preferably with work experience in the University, Business Center, Shopping Mall and Hotel sectors,
- Preferably living in Başakşehir or the European Side of Istanbul.
Job description
- Implementing the protective and preventive maintenance program with the team,
- Fault repair and follow-up,
- To fulfill other duties assigned by their managers.
