Our university will provide training on Official Correspondence Rules and the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) for administrative staff, aimed at ensuring effective and efficient internal communication. The training will be conducted by Cemile ÇANKAYA, who is responsible for the Office of Registrar.
The training will cover how official correspondence should be prepared in accordance with legal requirements and standards, as well as provide detailed information about the EBYS system. Participants will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage documents in a digital environment, adhere to correspondence rules, facilitate system usage, and streamline work processes.
