An Academic Orientation Program was held on Thursday, October 1, at the Şaban Teoman Duralı Conference Hall to support the integration of newly appointed faculty members joining our expanding academic staff into our institutional culture and to ensure a strong start aligned with our university’s vision.
Through the opening address delivered by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Atilla Arkan, participating faculty members gained insight into the university's academic vision and core values. Following the speech, heads of administrative units informed the participants about their operations, services, and the support offered to our academic staff. The program concluded with an interactive Q&A session where our new faculty members shared their questions and feedback.
