As the Office of Human Resources, we are launching the “NÜVE: Reaching the Peak of Talent Through Development” program—designed to support the potential of our administrative staff, guide them on their professional development journeys, and enhance our capacity to create institutional value—in line with our University’s vision and mission.
Offering a volunteer-based, inclusive, and development-focused ecosystem, the NÜVE Program consists of potential analysis, individual and team development modules, and future-oriented career planning stages.
Application procedures, the development calendar, and all other details regarding the program will be announced during a special launch session to be held as part of the Administrative Staff Consultation and Evaluation Camp.
