Part-time students will be recruited to serve under the International Relations Office of Ibn Haldun University, in accordance with the qualifications and job description outlined below.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a first-year undergraduate student
- Currently enrolled as an active student with a minimum CGPA of 2.50
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in Turkish and English (Arabic is an asset)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with all departments of the International Office
- For Admissions and Visa Department, ability to deal with admission and residence permit procedure of international students and able to work on weekends (as may be required)
- For Partnership and International Communications Department, familiarity with basic website interface programming
- For Erasmus and International Programs Department, curious to work on Erasmus project writing and paper work
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Updating the International Office website
- Creating content for social media accounts
- Assisting in Erasmus project application processes
- Supporting visa and residency procedures
- Helping with physical and digital archiving and filing
- Organizing events for international students and providing support
- Assisting in preparations for fairs that the university will participate in
IMPORTANT NOTES
Turkish students with a Green Passport through their parents may lose eligibility for it after graduation, due to SSI entry (SGK in Turkish). It is recommended that these students review the relevant regulations and plan accordingly.
Applicants must be able to work 15 hours per week, aligned with their course schedules.
