To boost vitality in the workplace and support the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees, we will be organizing a “Wellbeing Day” program led by trainer Mahmut Talha Sağlıklı.
Our participants will engage in fierce competition by demonstrating their physical and mental skills at interactive stations specially prepared for them. Following the competitions held at four different stations, the top three colleagues with the highest total scores will be awarded prizes.
In the final segment of the program, our expert trainer will deliver a comprehensive presentation on the importance of health, movement, and exercise in the workplace, providing guidance for your daily work life.
