As Ibn Haldun University, Mobbing Training has been planned in order to create a healthier and more productive working environment for our academic staff. In this training, the definition, effects, prevention and solution strategies of mobbing will be discussed. The training will be given by Prof. Dr. Yeliz Bozkurt Gümrükçüoğlu.
