To understand and manage emotions correctly in the workplace, establish healthy communication, and improve collaboration, the second session of the seminar titled “Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace” will be held on October 14. This seminar, organized in collaboration with the Psychotherapy Application and Research Center (İPAM), will be conducted by Clinical Psychologist Ayşenur Bayraktar for our university employees.
In this second session, Ayşenur Bayraktar will build upon the fundamental concepts covered in the first seminar and conduct in-depth studies on the application of emotional intelligence in the workplace. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their emotional awareness and communication skills through case studies and interactive exercises.
