Emotional Intelligence Seminar in the Workplace

A comprehensive seminar on the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace and its effective use will be held for our university staff. This seminar, which will be presented by Clinical Psychologist Ayşenur Bayraktar on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., will cover strategies for correctly recognizing and managing emotions, developing healthy communication techniques, increasing cooperation, and maintaining emotional balance in challenging work environments.
