Within our university, an Educator Training Program will be conducted by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Özcan Erkan AKGÜN for administrative staff who provide institutional training and have the potential to do so. The aim of this program is to strengthen our internal training capacity, improve the quality of training provided, and ensure consistency in methods.
This program aims to equip participants with competencies in educational techniques, effective presentation skills, and group management.
