With the aim of aligning our university’s strong academic and intellectual heritage with our shared strategic priorities, strengthening collaboration among our academic units and departments, and enhancing our institutional execution capacity, we are organizing an Academic Leadership Program titled “Strategic Leadership and Institutional Execution Capacity” for our faculty members in administrative roles.
Designed as a senior management working process in line with our university’s goals for the 2026–2029 period and current administrative agenda, this program will provide an opportunity to jointly evaluate our decision-making processes, follow-up schedules, and institutional priorities.
